Wedding DJ at the Fox and Hounds Hunsdon

Honestly? Not every wedding needs a grand ballroom and a DJ booth the size of a small car. Some of the best nights I've ever played have been in smaller, more personal spaces where everyone knows each other, the food is incredible and the whole thing just flows naturally from start to finish.

I'm George. 25 years behind the decks. I love playing at intimate venues because the connection between the music and the crowd is immediate. There's nowhere to hide and no need to hide. When it's right, everyone feels it at the same time.

When you book me we'll talk properly beforehand. What music you love, what your guests are like, what kind of night you want to send everyone home talking about. I take that conversation seriously because it's the difference between a good night and one that nobody wants to end.

QSC speakers, Pioneer decks, American DJ lighting, all PAT tested, fully insured to £1 million PLI. Always there early, always smart.

FAQs

Q: Can you bring a Magic Mirror photo booth to the Fox and Hounds?

A: It depends on the space available on the night but yes, where there's room I can set it up. My package includes a full backdrop, props table, red carpet, personalised prints and a guest book. Just mention it when we chat and we'll work out if it fits the layout.

Q: The venue is quite small. Will your setup overpower the space?

A: Not at all. I adapt my equipment to every venue and for an intimate setting like the Fox and Hounds I'll scale the sound and lighting appropriately. The goal is atmosphere, not volume.

Q: We want it to feel relaxed and fun rather than like a formal wedding disco. Can you deliver that?

A: That's one of my favourite briefs. The best evenings at smaller venues feel natural and spontaneous. I'll read the room, keep it flowing and make it feel like the best dinner party you've ever been to rather than an event.

Q: We only have around 60 guests. Is it worth hiring a proper DJ for a smaller crowd?

A: Absolutely. In my experience smaller crowds are often the most fun to play for. Everyone's relaxed, the energy builds quickly and when a great song comes on in a small room it hits differently. You don't need 200 people to have an incredible night.
