Wedding DJ at The Club at Mill Green

Not every couple wants a stately home or a barn. Some want something modern, well organised, great views and a team that just gets on with things without fuss. The Club at Mill Green near Welwyn Garden City fits that brief really well. 200 acres of Hertfordshire countryside, lake views, a newly refurbished suite with bi-fold doors onto the terrace and capacity for up to 220 guests. It's a proper, well run venue that knows what it's doing.

I'm George. 25 years as a professional DJ. I've played at all kinds of venues across Hertfordshire and London and what I bring to every single one of them is the same, genuine preparation, a proper planning conversation with the couple and a performance on the night that reflects exactly what they asked for.

Before your day we'll sit down and go through everything. Your music tastes, your crowd, the energy you want the room to have, the songs that mean something and the ones you never want to hear at a wedding.

I build the evening around that conversation and I deliver it.

My full setup includes QSC speakers, Pioneer decks, American DJ lighting with moving heads and uplighting, all PAT tested and fully insured to £1 million PLI. Always early, always smartly dressed.

FAQs

Q: Can you bring a Magic Mirror photo booth to The Club at Mill Green?

A: Yes. My package includes a full backdrop, props table, red carpet, personalised prints and a guest book. It works brilliantly in the Lake View Suite and adds real fun to the evening for guests of all ages.

Q: The venue has a newly renovated terrace. Can you provide music for outdoor drinks as well as the evening inside?

A: Yes. If you want background music during an outdoor drinks reception I can set that up as part of a full day package. Just tell me what you need and I'll cover it.

Q: We're having around 180 guests for the evening. Can your setup handle that comfortably?

A: Easily. My QSC speakers are professional grade and built for large rooms. 180 guests is well within what I handle regularly and I'll make sure the sound fills the space properly.

Q: What's your policy on the music we don't want played?

A: Your avoid list is just as important as your must play list to me. Whatever goes on it, stays off the playlist all night. No exceptions, no surprises.
