Wedding DJ at The Waterside Venue

Your wedding day is one of the most personal things you'll ever plan. So when it comes to the music, the last thing you want is someone who treats it like just another gig. You want someone who actually listened when you told them what you wanted, and who delivers it exactly the way you imagined.

I'm George. 25 years behind the decks. I started in clubs and residencies abroad and have spent years performing at weddings across Hertfordshire and London. Every booking starts the same way, a proper conversation about your music, your guests and exactly what kind of night you want to create. On the night you won't need to think about the music once.

When I set up in your venue, the transformation is immediate. QSC speakers delivering crystal clear sound, Pioneer decks and mixer playing lossless audio so every track sounds exactly as it should. A large white DJ booth flanked by illuminated plinths and speaker stands, all wrapped in white silk scrims with uplights glowing inside. Moving heads on the plinths and overhead rig, with the American DJ Starburst scattering colour and light across the whole room. Before I've played a single track, your guests will know they're in for a good night.

Everything PAT tested and fully insured to £1 million PLI.

I always arrive early and dress smartly for every event.

FAQs

Q: Can you bring a Magic Mirror photo booth to The Waterside Venue?

A: Yes. My package includes a full backdrop, props table, red carpet, personalised prints and a guest book. It's a brilliant addition that guests of all ages love and it works beautifully alongside the DJ setup.

Q: The venue holds around 100 guests. Is that the kind of crowd you enjoy playing for?

A: Absolutely. Intimate weddings are some of the best nights I've played. Everyone knows each other, the energy builds quickly and when a great track drops in a smaller space it feels electric.

Q: We want to choose our own DJ rather than use whoever the venue recommends. Is that straightforward?

A: Completely. The Waterside Venue gives couples the freedom to choose their own suppliers and I'm fully insured and PAT tested so there'll be no issues with the venue accepting me.

Q: How far in advance should we book?

A: The earlier the better, particularly for summer Saturdays. But it's always worth getting in touch even if your date is coming up soon as I sometimes have availability at shorter notice.
