Wedding DJ London

London weddings deserve a DJ who's been doing this long enough to make it look effortless. Someone who walks into a room, reads the crowd within minutes and knows exactly what the evening needs before it's even started.

I'm George. I've been a professional DJ for over 25 years, starting out in nightclubs and building my career through residencies in the UK and abroad. I'm open format which means I can move between Reggae, House, Disco, Hip Hop, Pop and Chill-out without the room ever losing its energy. Every set is played live, by ear. No pre-planned playlists, no autopilot. Just a DJ who reads the room and responds to what the crowd is telling him.

I'm based in Hertfordshire and cover London and the surrounding areas. Whether your wedding is in a grand Central London hotel, a riverside venue, a rooftop or somewhere more unusual, I bring the same setup, the same preparation and the same commitment to every event.

Before your day we'll talk properly. Your music, your guests, the songs that mean something to you both. I take all of that in and build the evening around it.

When I set up in your venue, the transformation is immediate. QSC speakers delivering crystal clear sound, Pioneer decks and mixer playing lossless audio so every track sounds exactly as it should. A large white DJ booth flanked by illuminated plinths and speaker stands, all wrapped in white silk scrims with uplights glowing inside. Moving heads on the plinths and overhead rig, with the American DJ Starburst scattering colour and light across the whole room. For couples who want to go further, I also offer wireless uplighting to transform the entire room.

Everything PAT tested and fully insured to £1 million PLI.

I always arrive early and dress smartly for every event.

FAQs

Q: Can you bring a Magic Mirror photo booth to our London wedding venue?

A: Yes. My package includes a full backdrop, props table, red carpet, personalised prints and a guest book. It works brilliantly in any venue and guests of all ages love it throughout the evening.

Q: We're having a multicultural wedding with guests from very different musical backgrounds. Can you handle that?

A: Absolutely. Open format means I blend genres and eras seamlessly. Tell me about your guests and the music that matters to both families and I'll build an evening that brings everyone together.

Q: How far in advance should we book for a London wedding?

A: London wedding dates book up quickly, particularly Saturdays from May to September. As soon as you have your date confirmed it's worth getting in touch to check availability.

Q: We're based in London but getting married in Hertfordshire. Do you cover that too?

A: Yes. Hertfordshire is where I'm based so I cover the whole county and regularly work with London couples marrying there. Just get in touch and we can talk through your venue and requirements.
