Wedding DJ at Mulberry House
Mulberry House is a multi award winning venue set in 22 acres of Essex countryside near Harlow. Grand rooms, stunning grounds, up to 200 guests. The kind of place that creates real expectations for the evening.
I'm George. I've been a professional DJ for over 25 years, starting out in nightclubs and building my career playing residencies in the UK and abroad. I'm an open format DJ which means I can take a room anywhere, from Reggae to House, Disco to Hip Hop, Pop to Chill-out, reading exactly where the crowd wants to go next. Every set is live, by ear, built around what the room is telling me.
Before your day we'll talk properly. Not a quick email exchange, a real conversation. Your music, your guests, the songs that mean something to you both. I take all of that seriously because it shapes everything I do on the night.
When I set up in your venue, the transformation is immediate. QSC speakers delivering crystal clear sound, Pioneer decks and mixer playing lossless audio so every track sounds exactly as it should. A large white DJ booth flanked by illuminated plinths and speaker stands, all wrapped in white silk scrims with uplights glowing inside. Moving heads on the plinths and overhead rig, with the American DJ Starburst scattering colour and light across the whole room.
Everything PAT tested and fully insured to £1 million PLI.
I always arrive early and dress smartly for every event.

FAQs
Q: Can you bring a Magic Mirror photo booth to Mulberry House?
A: Yes. My package includes a full backdrop, props table, red carpet, personalised prints and a guest book. In a venue like Mulberry House it adds a brilliant extra dimension to the evening that guests of all ages enjoy throughout the night.
Q: Mulberry House has two reception spaces, the Mulberry Suite and the Marquee. Which do you set up in?
A: Whichever space your evening reception is in. I'll confirm the layout with you in advance and set up specifically for that room so the sound and lighting are exactly right for the space.
Q: We're having around 120 to 150 guests. Can you fill a room that size?
A: Comfortably. My QSC KW system is built for larger rooms and I've played to crowds of all sizes over 25 years. A full room is where I do my best work.
Q: How do you make sure the evening flows naturally from dinner into dancing?
A: By paying attention throughout the meal, reading the energy in the room and timing everything carefully. The transition from dinner to dance floor is one of the most important moments of the evening and getting it right makes a huge difference to how the night unfolds.
