Wedding DJ at Shendish Manor
Booking a DJ for your wedding should feel exciting, not stressful. You shouldn't have to worry about whether they'll turn up, whether they'll read the room or whether your nan and your mates will both end up on the dance floor. That's my job to figure out and deliver. Yours is to enjoy the day.
I'm George. 25 years as a professional DJ, from club residencies in the UK and abroad to weddings all across Hertfordshire and London. I've played for small intimate gatherings and for rooms full of hundreds of people and everything in between. What stays the same every time is the preparation and the care I put into every single booking.
When you book me for your wedding at Shendish Manor we'll have a proper conversation well before the day. I want to understand your night. The music that means something to you, the moment you've been looking forward to most, the song that will absolutely clear the dance floor and must never be played. All of that shapes what I do. On the night I handle everything quietly and professionally so you don't have to think about it once.
QSC speakers, Pioneer decks, American DJ lighting with moving heads and uplighting, all PAT tested, fully insured to £1 million PLI and always dressed smartly.
I'm based in Broxbourne, a comfortable drive from Shendish Manor in Hemel Hempstead, and I'll always be on site well ahead of your guests.

FAQs
Q: Can you add a Magic Mirror photo booth to our Shendish Manor wedding?
A: Absolutely and I'd highly recommend it. It comes with a full backdrop, props table, red carpet, personalised prints and a guest book. It gives your guests something brilliant to do throughout the evening and the photos make a fantastic memento of the day. Couples who add it always say it was one of the highlights.
Q: We're having live music in the afternoon then need a DJ for the evening. Can you work around that?
A: Yes no problem. Just share your timeline with me and I'll fit in perfectly alongside any other performers. I've done it many times and it always works smoothly with a bit of advance planning.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: The earlier the better, especially for summer Saturdays which tend to go quickly. That said I do take late bookings when I'm available so it's always worth getting in touch even if your date is coming up soon.
Q: What happens if you're ill on the day?
A: In 25 years it's never happened but I have a network of professional DJs I trust who I can call on in an emergency. You will never be left without a DJ. I'd rather sort it myself than leave a couple worried on their wedding day.
